Samurai Mama
One of my Japanese friends asked me how can a Samurai (male) be mama. I guess its name is actually Samurai’s Mama.
Anyway it is another “hippie” Japanese spot in Williamsburg. Udon quality is pretty solid and price is fair. Decoration/ambiance is nice (you can call it pretentious). It is also a hidden gem for lunch special but only for those work from home/coffee shop hipster.
Try pork belly udon and gyoza.
